◈ PLNAR COMPLETE
INTERNAL • WORKING PROPOSAL

One platform.
Every stage of the loss.

A unified estimating partnership for mitigation, reconstruction and upcoming exterior. Contractor-friendly pricing, professional geometry verification and one integrated delivery experience.

01 / Interactive estimating economics

Customer fee
Estimator 70%
PLNAR 30%
Monthly PLNAR retained

Estimating revenue split only; capture and operating costs are excluded. The 30% figure is not a fully loaded gross margin.

The three service lines currently share one proposed rate schedule for modeling. Equivalent production effort and final readiness across disciplines have not been validated.

02 / Published-price concept

Six fixed tiers, then an automatic 0.15% of RCV above $500K. No case-by-case quotation step.

Scope RCVCustomerEstimatorPLNARDelivery target

Below $100,000: 24 hours. At $100,000 and above: 48 hours. Proposed SLA starts upon qualified submission and requires partner validation.

03 / Mix your monthly pipeline

Set the monthly mix by service line. Each uses the selected scope RCV and discount above as an illustrative average.

Exterior volume is scenario planning only, not a current sales forecast.

04 / The unified production flow

01Field captureInstant geometry and evidence
02PLNAR dispatchQualified submission routed to estimator
03Geometry QIEstimator verifies and corrects sketch
04Estimate + QAProfessional Xactimate line items and review
05DeliveryESX and PDF back to PLNAR project

Target workflow. Automatic field submission and dispatch are not represented as already live. Mitigation requires evidence of actual work and equipment use, not just visual geometry.

05 / Partner standards

Geometry ownership

Estimator corrects Instant sketch and dimensions as part of the agreed fee.

Native PLNAR integration

Assigned orders, clarification requests, status and ESX/PDF delivery remain in PLNAR's system.

Professional credentials

Xactimate Level 3 expectation; certified-trainer-level leadership.

24h / 48h service levels

Qualified-intake clock, exceptions, revisions and escalations documented.

Production capacity

Backup estimators, continuity and measurable scaling.

Scope discipline

Original errors corrected within fee; genuinely new supplemental scope is a separate order.

06 / Order and pricing rules

Price at submission

Contractor sees a preliminary RCV-based price. No outside portal or manual partner quote.

Customer protection

If completed scope falls in a lower tier, price decreases. If higher, the original quoted fee remains the ceiling.

Decision required before production: objective anticipated-RCV classification and handling of materially understated projects. Price protection is a proposed commercial policy, not yet approved.
